Still waiting

Has a very professional feel to it. Took it through the canyons at Karijini. Certainly robust enough. Quite heavy and bulky (with Bluetooth handle). Battery was flat when it arrived, which made it awkward to use until a replacement could be sourced. Despite ringing to check in stock before purchase, delivery was slow and communication poor. I had to ring a couple of times to get updates. Looking forward to to testing it out in the surf and on the reef. Time will tell.

Having had a handful of water housings, both for Cameras and Smartphones alike, the AxisGo 13 “Action Kit” is my first product I purchased from AquaTech. The housing and the pistol grip are super easy to setup and use, feel sturdy and well designed. The instructions provided were simple, clear and should be easy to understand even for first time owners of water housings. The one thing I like most about the AxisGo it how quick and hassle free I can get my phone in and out. My previous smartphone housings took way longer to setup, which often left me like “yeah nah, today I’ll just surf”. It sometimes was just this little extra threshold that kept me from taking pics that very day. Having had the Axis for only about a week now, I sure need to see how I will use it on a regular basis and how it will withstand longterm use. So far however I am pretty impressed and super happy with my purchase.
