I never write bad reviews, but perhaps you shouldn’t send the option after this kind of service. Guys you sent this out 4 months late, after been told on the phone before paying it was “next month” back in Feb.

After waiting for a few months, You offered a base plate while we wait, which was sent as a curtesy for being so late (something I was grateful for) however this was never sent.

Now, to top it off I paid for express postage when I made my order, and after waiting all these months you sent it via normal post. I’m literally moving house next week, yes a lot can happen in almost half a year, I hope it arrives before I move.
