Our Service & Repair Package offers comprehensive care to keep your Water Housing in top condition. Our expert technicians check your Water Housing using a meticulous checklist that will ensure your gear is ready to perform no matter the environment. After checking out you will receive an email with a form that needs to be filled out in order to complete your repair. From there you will send in your AQUATECH equipment and our team will begin the process. Our checklist is below:
- Water testing
- Electrical testing
- Control testing (Depending on camera body availability)
- Cleaning and greasing all controls
- Checking zoom gear control
- Checking Main front and rear o-rings
- Checking secondary locking system
- Thorough cleaning of Housing
- Please note that any additional repairs required will be billed upon completion. The time needed for these repairs will depend on their severity. A trained service member will keep you updated on the status of your repair.
