AquaTech – One Year Product Warranty – All Product Ranges
AquaTech makes every effort to ensure that our products are made from the highest quality materials and workmanship. Should you not be completely satisfied with one of our products, we encourage you to contact us so that we can promptly resolve any problem you may be experiencing. Our company representatives will deal with your issue quickly and decisively.
As many AquaTech products are often used in extreme and volatile environments, we are unable to cover for loss or damage of camera equipment, personal injury or financial loss. This is especially pertinent to our underwater housing products where an incident could result in loss or damage of associated cameras, lenses and other electronic devices. To reduce the risk of these losses occurring, we strongly recommend that you read the relevant product instructions carefully and test all AquaTech products, prior to use.
What does the warranty cover?
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, with exceptions stated below.
How long does the Coverage last?
This warranty runs for one year from the date your product is received.
What is not covered?
The warranty does not cover damage as a result of normal wear and tear. Determination of what constitutes normal wear and tear will be at the discretion of AquaTech.
The warranty guarantee only applies to the original purchaser of the product when purchased from AquaTech direct or through one of our approved dealers. Therefore, we may ask for proof of purchase.
This warranty does not cover for any loss of associated equipment such as cameras, lenses or other associated equipment not sold by AquaTech. Loss of income, reputation or other financial expenses, such as personal injury, are also not covered by this warranty. Shipping costs for returned products are the responsibility of the customer.
What AquaTech will do:
AquaTech will repair any defect that proves defective in materials and workmanship. If repair is not possible, AquaTech will replace the product, or offer a store credit for the original purchase price, whichever is agreed to by the customer and AquaTech / Retailer store.

Limit of liability:
In the event of a product warranty claim, AquaTech is only liable for the value originally paid for the product. Losses of associated equipment, income or any other financial costs will not be covered under this warranty, under any circumstances.
How State Law Applies
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which may vary according to the state or country in which you are located.
*This Warranty Guarantee applies to products sold from January 25, 2017.

AquaTech may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items. All prices listed on this website are in Australian dollars and all charges will be processed in Australian dollars.
All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. AquaTech will notify you by email if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order.
AquaTech reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain items which you, your family or any group can purchase. AquaTech will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, AquaTech will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery AquaTech will notify its customers within 5 business days.
Annual Shutdown Period
AquaTech offices will be closed for our annual shut down period from 24/12/21 till 04/01/22. Any orders placed during this period will be processed and shipped when offices reopen. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
Privacy
AquaTech is committed to the security of all information associated with our customers. We have security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of personal information under our control.
Any personal information you provide will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be added to any third party mailing lists.
Security
Credit card payments are secured using 128-bit SSL encryption. This ensures all credit card details you send to us via the internet will be encrypted. If any other user intercepts the communication, they will only be able to view the encrypted form. This makes it impossible to be intercepted by an unauthorized party as long as your browser supports the use of encrypted data transmissions.
Fraud Prevention
In order to protect you and AquaTech from fraudulent transactions, AquaTech may provide your transaction-related information to a reputable third party organization to perform address verification. This address verification is intended to ensure that the “bill to” address that you provide matches your credit card address. AquaTech also reserves the right, at its discretion, not to ship items ordered or purchased on this website to certain addresses.
Returns Policy
AquaTech offers a 14 day return policy for new items purchased directly through our online store or at our physical store. AquaTech will only provide exchanges or store credit for change of mind or incorrectly ordered products. Refunds will not be provided in these circumstances, so please make sure you select your items carefully and if in doubt speak with our customer service team if you have any questions regarding your purchase. AquaTech will not refund any shipping and/or credit card costs. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned items and for any new products to be resent to the customer.
For faulty, incorrectly supplied or damaged items you will be covered by the applicable consumer laws and regulations at the point of purchase.

Please read the below conditions regarding the returns policy.
- Please obtain an RN (Return Number) from our customer service staff for your goods and display the number clearly on your packaging. The goods must be unused and returned in the original and undamaged packaging in unopened condition complete with any accessories, manuals and other documentation. Proof of purchase will be required to receive your RN. While we accept you can change your mind or make mistakes in your order, we must ensure that we can resell your items as brand new. Receiving an RN does not guarantee your return will be accepted. All returns are subject to an inspection from AquaTech staff and if the above conditions are not met, your return will be denied.
- Items presented for return must be presented within 14 days of receipt of goods and items must be received back to our warehouse within 7 days of the RN approval.
- AquaTech reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% for all returns. The restocking fee covers our administration costs for handling your return as well as inspecting and testing the equipment.
- Paypal customers should be aware that it is Paypal’s policy not to refund customers orders amounts in full, therefore AquaTech will provide refunds, minus the fees from Paypal which can be up to 2.9%. If you have any concerns with this, please contact AquaTech or Paypal, or choose a different payment provider.
- All items presented for return will be inspected by AquaTech staff. Only after this inspection has been made and the products are confirmed to have met our return policy conditions will a return be approved. If a return is deemed by our staff assessment to not comply with our return policy, then the customer will be contacted and will have the right to have the items shipped back to them at their cost.
- Unless the product(s) is faulty, incorrectly supplied or damaged, AquaTech will not offer a full refund under this policy.
- Returned goods must be sent via courier and/or with a tracking number as AquaTech is not responsible for any items lost, missing or damaged in transit.
If you meet and accept the conditions of this Returns Policy, then please contact our team via contact@aquatech.net to request your RN. Our team will then contact you with further instructions.
Shipping Policy
- Delivery is via third-party courier
- Some deliveries may be sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at the time of delivery. Courier deliveries may be replaced by local Post in some regional areas.
- Shipping address cannot be changed once an order(s) has been shipped.
- As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery.
- If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.
- Orders cannot be canceled once the order has been shipped.
- All online orders are shipped from our warehouse in Thirroul NSW.
- Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 2 – 7 days for delivery once items have been dispatched.
- Shipping charges are determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct contact name, delivery address, email and phone number for the delivery of their order. Incorrect details may lead to delivery issues which may incur further fees.
- International orders may require taxes or duties payable to local couriers before goods will be delivered. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they respond to any requests regarding taxes/duties payable for their delivery and are available to receive delivery. Goods that cannot be delivered for any reason will be returned to AquaTech at the customers expense. This expense can be debited from any refund owed to the customer, or will need to be paid before any re-delivery attempt can be made.
