Update on delivery times
While we strive to fulfil all orders as fast as we can, we are currently experiencing some delays with our freight couriers. This is impacting delivery times and stock availability. We aim to note any delays in product availability where possible, however if you have any further questions regarding product availability please email us at contact@aquatech.net or talk to our team on Live Chat. All orders and purchases made through the facilities of this website shall be subject to these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions. AquaTech may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items. All prices listed on this website are in Australian dollars and all charges will be processed in Australian dollars. All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. AquaTech will notify you by email if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order. AquaTech reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain items which you, your family or any group can purchase. AquaTech will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, AquaTech will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery AquaTech will notify its customers within 5 business days. This website only ships to Australian states and territories.
Shipping Policy conditions
- Delivery is via third-party courier
- Some deliveries may be sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at the time of delivery. Courier deliveries may be replaced by local Post in some regional areas.
- Shipping address cannot be changed once an order(s) has been shipped.
- As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery.
- If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.
- Orders cannot be canceled once the order has been shipped.
- All online orders are shipped from our warehouse in Thirroul NSW.
- Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 2 – 7 days for delivery once items have been dispatched.
- Shipping charges are determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct contact name, delivery address, email and phone number for the delivery of their order. Incorrect details may lead to delivery issues which may incur further fees.
- International orders may require taxes or duties payable to local couriers before goods will be delivered. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they respond to any requests regarding taxes/duties payable for their delivery and are available to receive delivery. Goods that cannot be delivered for any reason will be returned to AquaTech at the customers expense. This expense can be debited from any refund owed to the customer, or will need to be paid before any re-delivery attempt can be made.
