Terms and Conditions - AquaTech Life of a Water Photographer Instagram Competition

By entering this competition, you accept the terms and conditions as set out below.

1. This competition will run from November 1st 12:00am to November 16th 11:59pm USA PST. Any entries submitted outside of this period will not be accepted.

2. To make a submission, users must create a new post on their Instagram account sharing their ‘Life of a Water Photographer’ story and supporting media (editing existing posts will not enter your submission into the competition). The post caption must include the hashtag #lifeofawaterphotographer and tag @aquatech_imagingsolutions or @axisgo. The user must also follow @aquatech_imagingsolutions and @axisgo on Instagram.

3. There will be 1 winner chosen by a panel of AquaTech staff after the competition window has closed. The winner must have fulfilled the above criteria. Entrants may enter as many times as they wish.

4. AquaTech staff will choose a winner based on what they feel is the most inspiring, positive and uplifting content. Submissions will not be judged on the follower count of the entrant, or the aesthetic quality of the media submitted. The decision will be final and AquaTech will not enter into any correspondence regarding their decision.

5. The competition is global and can be entered by anyone except for AquaTech employees or any family members or contractors of the AquaTech organisation.

6. AquaTech reserves the right to exclude any entries that we deem as fraudulent, inappropriate or based on misconduct.

7. The prize consists of a 1 x $500USD gift voucher that can be used on any products through the aquatech.net websites. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any cash alternatives in whole or in part. AquaTech, at its discretion, may provide an equivalent value gift card if the winner is a resident of a country that is required to purchase through one of our regional websites.

8. The winner will be contacted by AquaTech via Instagram DMs and will need to supply their full name, email address, phone number and billing address. The winner Further details on how to redeem their gift card will then be provided by AquaTech.

9. No purchase is required to enter this competition.

10. AquaTech will not retain any personal data of any entrants besides the winner whose personal data is required in order for delivery of the prize.

11. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. You are providing your information to AquaTech NSW Pty Ltd and not to Instagram. By participating in this promotion you agree to a complete release of Instagram from any claims.
