AquaTech offers a 14 day return policy for new items purchased directly through our online store or at our physical store. AquaTech will only provide exchanges or store credit for change of mind or incorrectly ordered products. Refunds will not be provided in these circumstances, so please make sure you select your items carefully and if in doubt speak with our customer service team if you have any questions regarding your purchase. AquaTech will not refund any shipping and/or credit card costs. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned items and for any new products to be resent to the customer. For faulty, incorrectly supplied or damaged items you will be covered by the applicable consumer laws and regulations at the point of purchase.
