Panasonic's GH4 camera is one of the highest requested camera at the moment and we are very excited to announce the Elite GH4 Sports Housing. Due for release August 1st the housing offers full control over all camera controls needed for the professional cinematographers.
This cameras amazing 4K recording in camera capabilities and the 96FPS slow motion recording in full 1080 HD will see this camera be the workhorse of many production companies and independent film makers. The small size of this camera and wide range of image stabilized lenses from Panasonic offer a perfect solution for those situations when you are required to deliver the highest quality with a small crew or even smaller budget.
With the Micro Four Thirds mount being so versatile and a huge amount of adaptors being offered to accommodate lenses from the likes of Canon, Nikon, Sony and others the choices for lens ports will be varied. We plan to launch with ports offered for the Panasonic 7-14mm f/4 and the Panasonic 12-35mm f/2.8 and accommodating zoom gears to suit also. We are currently running tests with the Metabones Speed Booster mounts and are working on a Lens Port reference chart to suit this brand of mounts.
